A+R started in 1994 when friends Anita (A) and Rosie (R) both avid lovers of photography identified a gap in the market for an approachable creative agency in London .

With backgrounds that include graphic design, fashion buying, copy writing and production management on both stills and moving image.

Their aim was to represent a group of dedicated, passionate and creative talent at all stages of their careers from fresh grads to established image makers. We still maintain this ethos today.

A&R offer a full production service for photographic clients including model casting, styling, digital capture, art direction, location finding and budget management.

Our sister locations agency, Airspace launched in 2004 and has grown to be a leading provider of special and unique locations to the film, Tv and Stills market today.

We pride ourselves on our people skills and our efficient and friendly service.

Our years of experience and on going commitment to the industry means our agency is constantly evolving to keep in line with the ever changing needs of our clients.
